Privacy Policy — Chopfall

Effective date: 29 August 2026 · Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Chopfall ("the game", "we") collects, who collects it, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the game.

1. Who we are

Azodus is the developer and publisher of Chopfall.

Privacy questions, data-access requests and data-deletion requests: help@azodus.com.

2. What is collected, and by whom

Chopfall has no accounts, no login and no sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any other directly identifying information, and the game's own code sends no personal data to us.

The game does, however, include the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK to show advertising, and store billing to sell in-app purchases. Those components collect data independently of our code:

DataCollected byPurpose
Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) and app set ID Google AdMob Serving ads, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention
Approximate location derived from IP address Google AdMob Ad relevance and regional legal compliance
App-interaction data — ad impressions, ad clicks, video views, app launches Google AdMob Ad delivery and measurement
Diagnostics and performance telemetry — crash logs (which can include the game's own error messages and stack traces), launch time, hang rate, energy use Google AdMob SDK SDK stability and performance monitoring
Purchase transaction data Google Play Billing (Android) / Apple (iOS) Processing and validating purchases, refunds, restore-purchases

This data is not linked to an identity by us, because the game holds no identity to link it to.

3. Data kept only on your device

The following never leaves your device through the game's own code, and we never receive it: your score, best score, career chop total, local Top 10 leaderboard, unlocked cosmetics, and settings.

The game also writes a local crash-message log to your device so that errors can be inspected on the device itself. The game never transmits that file. Please note the important distinction: this does not mean the game's crash data never leaves your device — as stated in the table above, the advertising SDK independently collects crash and diagnostic information, which can include the same error messages.

4. Third parties and their policies

5. Legal basis and your consent

6. Children

Chopfall is not directed to children under 13. Its intended audience is 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us at help@azodus.com and we will act on it.

7. Your controls

8. Retention and security

We operate no servers for this game and hold no database of players, so we retain no personal data ourselves. Data collected by Google and Apple is retained under their own published policies, linked in section 4. All data transmitted by the advertising and billing components is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and publish the revised policy at this same address before the change takes effect. Continued use of the game after that date means the revised policy applies.
